ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
There are several steps to complete before diving into a design process (you can download our custom-made roadmap here). After we have completed the research phase, once your needs and options are reviewed and your design brief has been created (AK SEEDS), we are ready to start the design process.
This is when we survey your property, and take all the necessary data and measurements from the site and your home.
We start designing your dream project calling on consultants when we see it fit.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project at hand, we present you with a series of drafts for you to review, each with a deeper level of definition.
Once all details are in place, and materials are selected and approved, we start preparing the construction documents. Following this detailed process allows us to avoid do-overs and unreachable cost proposals.
THE FIRST STEP TO CREATE YOUR DESIGN BRIEF: AK SEEDS
Creating a comprehensive and accurate design brief is the steppingstone of any project.
From the very start we must establish a deep knowledge of the issues at hand while opening lines of communication and understanding.

For us making an emotional connection with our customers is just one of the stepping stones. The objective is to get a sense of the needs, wants, wishes, and expectations that move you into this process.

Design is a discovery process on its own. A great design applies sense and research laying the groundwork and allocating the resources to discover the best possible outcomes, including your ROI. Because your property is a very valuable asset, and it should stay that way.
